We tried the five cheese blend toastie, prosciutto panini, and the daily special called Hero — all were tasty and well-prepared. The latte was superb, smooth, and rich in flavour. Service was excellent, with the owner providing friendly and attentive service that made the visit even more enjoyable. We were comfortably seated in a corner, making for a relaxing and pleasant start to the day. Highly recommend for good coffee, quality food, and great service. ”

“ This is our third time coming to this store. I really like the sandwiches here, but I'm very dissatisfied with the service attitude of one of the female employees in the store. I suspect that this female employee discriminates against Asians because we saw that she was always smiling at other local customers but was very impatient with us. We just wanted an extra napkin. I don't know if it's because napkins are charged extra that she was so unhappy. This isn't the first time it's happened. The last time I came here alone for breakfast, I also encountered this female employee, and her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. All the other staff are very kind, which makes me feel even more that this female employee is discriminatory towards Asian customers. I'm very, very sad because I really like your store's panini, but because of such an employee, my impression of the store has been greatly reduced. ”
